Shipping policy

We ship all items within 3-5 days and send them using either UPS, USPS or FEDEX.  We use only the services from these companies that allow for tracking of the items we sell.  Therefore, you will be able to follow the tracking link and progress of your item as it ships to you.  You will receive an automated message to your email alerting you to the tracking number once your item is scanned in by the carrier.  All of our Luxury Bags are sent insured and signature required for delivery.
