Sold as a pair, (2 pieces), this is a handmade item from Italian Veg tanned leather, also called Vachetta leather in the color natural or “Natty”. This Vachetta has a light patina to it, We also carry this item in a chocolate brown Vachetta color, see our separate listing.
These are unbranded handmade leather pieces that replace the side leather piece on Neverfull bags.
You simply remove the existing side pieces by cutting them off and then clip these pieces onto the small gold hardware ring which the original pieces were removed from. The small clasps are made to fit perfectly on the bag’s hardware. The added benefit of using swivel clasps is that the side pieces move freely and will not crack and break as easily over time.

Please note that this leather is very stiff when new. You will see that as you wear your bag these side pieces will soften and mold into place, same as the original pieces. They will also darken, or patina over time to blend with the existing leather on your bag.
