Your  bag came out amazing!!! It truly looks new  I did clean as much of the outside coated canvas / Damier print as possible.  It was pretty dirty. I touched up the pink spots with a little matching leather paint.  It’s pretty good at hiding those kind of things . 
The straps, trim and side straps are all beautiful new Vachetta.  I import my hides from the same tannery in France that LV sources from!! I added a light protective product to help deter the straps from darkening due to hand oils. The side straps are new and that means the leather is very stiff.  They will very quickly become supple and fall nicely into place for you   
The inside canvas is almost impossible to remove stains from, I made a custom matching inside base to cover the stains on the bottom of the lining   This will also help support the corners  I do highly recommend that you get a purse organizer on Amazon.   They help hold up the bag and stop it from wrinkling.  They truly extend the life of the bag.  
I added a cute custom made luggage tag which I heat stamped and blinged out with Swarovski crystals.  I hope you like and enjoy it   It’s detachable of course .

WHY RESTORE AN LV NEVERFULL with an Artisan/ Cobbler such as us, RATHER THAN GOING TO LV or BUYING NEW: 

Going directly to LV is not easy.  They are not in the business of repairing bags, they are in the business of selling new bags.  They are somewhat reluctant with their repairs and there is extreme fluctuation in attitude, service, and cost from store to store. Trying to get an appointment to get a quote and send a bag in online is hard to get and they don't have many appointments.  Again, they sell new bags!  There are hurdles depending on the store.... some stores outright refuse service if they see cracks or stretching/ rippling.  They just say no, we won't repair it.  Some stores won't do the repair unless you can provide the first and last name of the original owner along with the store where the bag was purchased.  We have no idea why this is or why the policy varies from one store to another.  Last but not least, we have heard 6 months is the earliest you can expect your bag returned and more likely it will be 12 months.  They will also only use NEW VACHETTA, they will never customize it with a patina like we do, so it matches the rest of your inner leather or if it is something you just want.  

 You will still be able to resell your LV if you choose.  Our authentication company, Authenticate First, has consistently authenticated LV Neverfulls and other LV bag we have replaced the leather on.  We are sure not to touch the things they need to see to authenticate... Such as heat stamps ( inside pocket) and the Date code (under the inside pocket)  We also prefer to leave the little leather pieces that hold the side strap hardware in place so that LV stamped hardware can also be used for authentication if you choose to re-sell.  

NEVERFULL MAKEOVER DETAILS

We can bring you this amazing price under the circumstances outlined below: 

1) STRAPS AND TOP TRIM

Above is a snapshot of the condition of most of our makeover bags when they arrive at our workshop. All of the Vachetta is cracked and the straps and side straps are falling apart.  We are so happy to completely fix these issues. Please note that our stitching size and placement may be different than your original LV top trim. Our machine doesn't allow us to place the stitching as low as on your LV oriningal top trim.  Ours is more in the middle of the trim, you can see on the picture to the top right of this paragraph.  We also point out that we hand place your trim on your bag and there may be some inconsistencies with placement.  We do our best as humanly possible.  Our straps are the same overall style as LV's original straps, but there may be some variations in the size, stitching, and shape. The picture above on the right is an example of our strap compared to an original LV strap in the left side picture. 

VERY IMPORTANT: One issue that happens frequently with heavily used Neverfull bags, is that the top perimeter of the bag will get stretched out and have a rippling effect.  THIS CAN NOT BE FIXED.  When we put on the new Vachetta around the top trim/binding, it often helps secure the ripples so they aren't as noticeable, however, this ripple pattern from the stretching to the canvas creates an issue with our stitching pattern.  Despite sewing, a straight stitch across the entire top binding, rippling to the canvas can and will make it look like the stitching is going up and down a little.  It isn't very noticeable unless you study it, but we don't want you to think we didn't sew a straight stitch, this is simply what happens when the canvas is stretched out.  It also makes it difficult to accurately place the new leather trim around the top due to the dips and ripples.  PLEASE have realistic expectations.   

Below is a picture of a complete Neverfull Leather Replacement in Natural colored Vachetta Leather.  Please look at the top trim and the stitching placement as well as what you can expect for the trim placement on the bag.  This is good example of our work.  It is not perfect, it is human.  It is considered excellent leather work done by hand and not machine.  

We match the thread to the outside color on the bag.  For monogram or Damier Azur we use yellow like LV  we do not match the bottom thread to the inside lining of your bag.  For Damier Ebene, we use the chocolate brown thread like LV, we do not match the bottom thread to the inside lining of your bag.  This issue only matters in relation to the new straps that we attach   

2)  SMALL LEATHER SIDE PIECES FOR SIDE STRAP ATTACHMENT

The LV Neverfull Makeover Restoration covers a complete replacement of the OUTSIDE Vachetta Leather on your Neverfull Bag only.  We will only replace the small leather piece that holds the side straps if you instruct us to.  You can choose the option you prefer at checkout.  Our preference is to leave this small piece alone because it has an original LV rivet which is important to keep intact if you ever decide to re-sell your bag.  If we remove your leather pieces and LV rivets, we will make every attempt to re-use your rivets, but LV makes their hardware difficult to re-use on purpose. We do our best in this regard.  If we can not reuse your hardware, we substitute it with plain gold-colored hardware.  
The inside leather also has hardware and a heat stamp which is important to leave untouched so that you are able to re-sell your bag in the future if you wish.  We will not replace any leather inside your bag.  The date code is also untouched and nicely tucked away under your inside pocket. 

3) Vachetta Leather Patina - Choose NEW or Light Tan Patina

You have the option for us to use a light tan patina colored leather or the white-ish colored Natural Vachetta leather.  Please let us know your preference at checkout. We default to brand new Vachetta unless you choose otherwise at checkout.  We will apply an edging similar to the new edging on an LV bag if you choose the Natural Colored Vachetta.  We will use a slightly different shade if you choose the tan Vachetta so that it matches the color the edging would change when the leather reached this tan patina.  

4) SIDE LEATHER PIECES

We will use metal swivel clasps to attach the Vachetta leather side straps to your Neverfull bag.  We have found that using the swivel clasps as opposed to sewing these side straps directly onto the bag hardware has allowed them to last longer and crack less.  The swivel flexibility of the clasps stops a lot of the wear.  Plus the extra gold color on the sides looks pretty chic.  Please see the pictures below for samples of a Natural Vachetta side strap made by us and of a Tan Patina side strap made by us.  These are examples of what your side straps will look like when we replace your original LV side straps.  Please note that they are similar but not exactly to the original style of the Neverfull LV straps.  

5) Bag Interior

We will clean and shine your monogram for you, but we will not clean the inside of your bag with this package.  If you want this additional service, please let us know and we will create a custom listing to add this for an additional $50.  Please note that the Neverfull interior is extremely difficult to remove stains from.  If your bag has taken a beating, we highly recommend a custom-matching Vachetta leather base that sits on top of the bottom of the bag's lining.  It looks fantastic and helps retain the bag's shape. We charge $50 for this custom piece and can swap it out for the inside cleaning if we see it won't help your bag once we receive it.  

6) Cracks to the monogram

If you have cracks in the monogram on your bag, we will not fix them unless you ask for that service.  There is a separate fee to fill in and seal cracks and we price it on a case by case basis according to how many and how bad the cracks are.  Please ask and we can help if you need.

How Long Until Your Bag Is Done....

It normally takes about 30 days to perform the restoration/ makeover.  We will send you a link/ invoice with pictures once your bag is complete.  We then ask you to pay the balance and after you do so, you can expect your bag to be mailed out within 1-2 business days after.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

OUR PROCEDURES: -We cover the cost to ship your bag to our workshop and charge you for shipping your bag back to you. We take out insurance coverage for up to $500 on your bag in case it is lost in shipping. 

-In the unlikely event that your bag is lost during shipping to or from us, you will be the one who must file a claim, since you are the bag’s owner. 

-We ask that you please take several pictures of your bag prior to shipment. Front, Back, bottom, hardware markings, and a clear picture of the date code for your bag. You will need these for a claim. 

-You will also need to provide proof of value, so if you do not have receipts, using the pictures you take, we can assist you by having your bag valued with our authenticators. This will only be necessary in the unlikely event that your bag is lost in shipping.

-Although this has only happened ONCE in 5 years for us, we want to be very clear about the procedure should this ever happen again. 

Once we receive your bag, we will do a thorough evaluation of your bag, and send you an updated quote if there are any additional services we recommend or can provide for you.   Depending on our evaluation, this invoice may be exactly the same as the initial quote, or it may be updated for any additional services that we are able to do for you. This procedure does not apply to Neverfull replacement packages such as this service which you are now leaving a deposit.  The cost is stated upfront.  You pay the balance plus the return shipping will be due once the services are complete.  We will send you a payment link to pay this balance.
