Description of Restoration:
- Replace the top trim with closely matched patina of Vachetta leather
- Replace by making a new shoulder strap in the same style and closely matching patina to the original strap
We will send you a shipping label to our workshop once you pay the deposit.
We add the return shipping cost to your final invoice.
We are estimating a 30-45 day turnaround to complete your bag.
Once completed, we will upload photos for your approval. Once approved, we will send you the final invoice, upon payment we generally mail your bag back in 1-3 days after.
We will send you care instructions for the Vachetta leather with your bag so that you can care for it at home and avoid cracking and dehydration on the replaced leather.
Before sending your bag to us, please take the following pictures so that we can back up any insurance claim requests in the unlikely event your bag is lost by UPS. We take out $500 in insurance for shipping as a precaution.
