✅ How Long Does the Restoration Take
It normally takes about 30-45 days to perform the restoration/ makeover. We will send you a link/ invoice with pictures once your bag is complete. We then ask you to pay the balance and after you do so, you can expect your bag to be mailed out within 1-2 business days after.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
✅ OUR PROCEDURES: -We cover the cost to ship your bag to our workshop and charge you for shipping your bag back to you. We take out insurance coverage for up to $500 on your bag in case it is lost in shipping.
-In the unlikely event that your bag is lost during shipping to or from us, you will be the one who must file a claim, since you are the bag’s owner.
-We ask that you please take several pictures of your bag prior to shipment. Front, Back, bottom, hardware markings, and a clear picture of the date code for your bag. You will need these for a claim.
-You will also need to provide proof of value, so if you do not have receipts, using the pictures you take, we can assist you by having your bag valued with our authenticators. This will only be necessary in the unlikely event that your bag is lost in shipping.
-Although this has only happened ONCE in 5 years for us, we want to be very clear about the procedure should this ever happen again.
✅ Once we receive your bag, we will do a thorough evaluation of your bag, and send you an updated quote if there are any additional services we recommend or can provide for you. Depending on our evaluation, this invoice may be exactly the same as the initial quote, or it may be updated for any additional services that we are able to do for you. This procedure does not apply to Neverfull replacement packages such as this service which you are now leaving a deposit. The cost is stated upfront. You pay the balance plus the return shipping will be due once the services are complete. We will send you a payment link to pay this balance.
